Website Management.
A current website.
A team you know how to reach.
Website management gives the ongoing tasks on your site a clear owner and a practical plan. We coordinate the agreed updates, maintenance, checks, and improvements so you know what is being handled, what needs approval, and what comes next.
You are getting people who understand the website and its role in the business. We begin with the actual platform, access, provider responsibilities, and current condition rather than promise that every site needs the same package. Website Care can cover a focused list of tasks; Marketing Support or a Full-Service Team can connect the site to a broader content and campaign program. The proposal defines the workload and support coverage.

The support in practice.
A local business may need a service description updated, a broken enquiry path investigated, and a maintenance task coordinated with its host. One team can organize those requests and explain the outcome while making clear which work belongs to the host or requires a separately scoped change.
| The question or stage | What we examine | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Request | A clear business need | Turn a loose request into an actionable task. |
| Delivery | Approval, implementation, and checks | Keep the change connected to the actual website. |
| Review | Completed work and open dependencies | Give the business a clear picture of what is covered. |
To show how website management can support a decision. Your support plan and priorities depend on the actual systems, workload, people, and constraints in your brief.
Agree the priorities.
Then scope the support.
The scope defines platforms, workload, maintenance, content changes, checks, provider coordination, communication, and support hours. A rebuild, major new features, incident response, hosting, licenses, and extensive production are separate unless included. We do not imply unlimited work or continuous emergency coverage.
| Before we start | What we agree |
|---|---|
| The decision | The business priority, current systems, support need, and boundaries the work needs to address. |
| The deliverables | Management and delivery scope, format, review rounds, responsibilities, and handover. |
| The investment | Written fees, schedule, dependencies, and any separate third-party or implementation costs. |
We confirm the proposal before work begins. You can commission a focused improvement, agree an ongoing support plan, or connect specialist work to a broader service.
Discuss scope and timingUseful questions.
Straightforward answers.
Can you manage a website built by another company?
We can assess it first. Access, source or platform condition, documentation, provider restrictions, and technical debt determine what support is practical and what needs a separate onboarding phase.
What is the difference between Website Care and Full-Service Team?
Website Care focuses on an agreed website task list. A Full-Service Team can coordinate a wider set of website, content, campaign, design, and measurement work, with capacity and responsibilities defined in the proposal.
Does management include hosting and software licenses?
Only when explicitly listed. We distinguish our work from provider accounts, subscriptions, licenses, and other ongoing charges.
How quickly will you respond to a request?
Support hours, acknowledgement expectations, urgency categories, and escalation are agreed for the engagement. Routine management does not automatically include round-the-clock emergency support.
Do you include backups and recovery?
We define what is backed up, where copies are kept, who can restore them, and which checks are included. Recovery depends on the actual platform, providers, and available restore points.
Can we ask for a new feature during the engagement?
Yes. We assess the request against the agreed capacity and dependencies and explain whether it fits the plan or needs a separate estimate.
How is the work priced and prioritized?
Your proposal defines the workload, deliverables, review rhythm, responsibilities, and fee. We agree priorities within that capacity and identify work that needs a separate estimate. Software, hosting, advertising, creator fees, and other provider costs are listed separately when applicable.
Who will we work with?
You work with a human point of contact supported by the relevant specialists. We agree the communication and approval process, keep a record of decisions, and explain the next priorities in language your team can use.
