Marketing Operations.

Bring the moving parts together.
Give the team a clear next step.

Marketing operations coordinate the recurring work across your website, content, campaigns, design, and measurement. We help turn a collection of tasks and providers into a practical plan with clear owners, approvals, capacity, and review.

You work with a real team that can explain what is happening and keep decisions moving. We define the responsibilities rather than imply that one subscription includes every possible task. Website Care, Marketing Support, and Full-Service Team are starting points for a custom engagement. The right scope follows the workload, channels, business priorities, and the people already involved.

A responsibility and channel map

Identify the workstreams, accounts, providers, decision owners, and important dependencies.

A prioritized delivery queue

Organize the agreed tasks and recurring work within realistic capacity and business priorities.

A communication and approval process

Define how requests arrive, decisions are made, changes are approved, and urgent issues are escalated.

Clear responsibilities.
Useful ongoing work.

Your written scope confirms the depth and final format of the work. These are the components we can bring together for marketing operations.

  1. 01A responsibility and channel map

Identify the workstreams, accounts, providers, decision owners, and important dependencies.

  2. 02A prioritized delivery queue

Organize the agreed tasks and recurring work within realistic capacity and business priorities.

  3. 03A communication and approval process

Define how requests arrive, decisions are made, changes are approved, and urgent issues are escalated.

  4. 04Cross-channel coordination

Connect the scoped content, website, campaign, creative, and measurement work so handoffs do not disappear between teams.

  5. 05A clear operating record

Track status, decisions, completed work, costs requiring approval, and unresolved dependencies.

  6. 06A practical business review

Explain outcomes, limitations, workload, and the next priorities with the business owner.

Bring the right
specialist into the work.

These specialist services develop the work within marketing operations. We can combine the relevant parts in one scope or focus on a particular decision.

Publishing Workflows

Publishing workflows define how content moves from a brief to a reviewed, released, and maintainable page or asset. We organize the people, versions, approvals, checks, and records needed for the agreed publishing process.

Marketing Automation

Marketing automation connects defined events to useful follow-up or operational tasks. We map the workflow, clarify the data and permissions, implement the scoped connections, and test what should happen when the situation changes.

Let’s talk it through

A clear process.
An accountable team.

The work follows the business priorities, agreed capacity, responsible people, and review process. Open each step to see what happens and what it produces.

01

Understand the people and workstreams.

We review what needs attention, who is involved, and where current handoffs or ownership are unclear.

The output

An operations brief and responsibility map.

02

Agree the support and capacity.

We define priorities, deliverables, communication, approvals, and the workload the engagement can sustain.

The output

A custom support plan.

03

Coordinate and complete the work.

We move the scoped tasks through the right specialists and keep decisions and dependencies visible.

The output

A reliable delivery and decision record.

04

Review and reset priorities.

We discuss completed work, relevant outcomes, open needs, and capacity for the next period.

The output

A practical review and next work plan.

The support in practice.

A business launch may need a landing page update, campaign graphics, advertising setup, and a working enquiry route. Marketing operations make the owners and dependencies visible so the campaign does not launch before the page or measurement is ready.

The purpose of the example

To show how marketing operations can support a decision. Your support plan and priorities depend on the actual systems, workload, people, and constraints in your brief.

Agree the priorities.
Then scope the support.

The proposal defines channels, workload, production capacity, meetings, reporting, approval authority, and support coverage. Advertising spend, creator fees, subscriptions, large projects, specialist legal work, and provider costs are separate unless included.

Before we startWhat we agree
The decisionThe business priority, current systems, support need, and boundaries the work needs to address.
The deliverablesManagement and delivery scope, format, review rounds, responsibilities, and handover.
The investmentWritten fees, schedule, dependencies, and any separate third-party or implementation costs.

We confirm the proposal before work begins. You can commission a focused improvement, agree an ongoing support plan, or connect specialist work to a broader service.

Discuss scope and timing

Useful questions.
Straightforward answers.

Are we getting people or just access to software?

You are commissioning a human team and an agreed responsibility for the work. Tools can support coordination, but they do not replace the point of contact, judgment, or delivery responsibilities in the scope.

Can you act as an extension of our existing team?

Yes. We can fill defined gaps and coordinate with your employees or providers instead of assuming every role needs to move to us.

What is included in Full-Service Team?

It is a custom scope that can connect website, content, search, campaigns, design, and lead tracking. The proposal sets the workload and responsibilities rather than promise unlimited output.

How do you handle requests outside the agreed scope?

We explain the dependency, capacity trade-off, or separate estimate and get the appropriate approval before treating it as included work.

Will we receive a complicated project dashboard?

Only if it helps the team. A clear work record and readable review may be sufficient; the operating process should fit the business.

Do you take over our advertising and provider accounts?

Your business should retain ownership. We use appropriate access for the commissioned work and document which provider and business responsibilities remain.

How is the work priced and prioritized?

Your proposal defines the workload, deliverables, review rhythm, responsibilities, and fee. We agree priorities within that capacity and identify work that needs a separate estimate. Software, hosting, advertising, creator fees, and other provider costs are listed separately when applicable.

Who will we work with?

You work with a human point of contact supported by the relevant specialists. We agree the communication and approval process, keep a record of decisions, and explain the next priorities in language your team can use.
